Staying at this hotel made my trip so much better! it was awesome that it was very close to the railway station , made it easy for me to travel around this city. the breakfast was heavenly! I could have it very early in the morning and it was freshly prepared for me. The staff was very friendly as well, they made me feel at home. Lastly, the location of this hotel was amazing. I stayed in a room where I could not hear any noise from outside and the restaurant nearby served delicious food.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just across from Lime Street Station and close to theatres. The room wasvery comfy and tidy. The staff were friendly and cute, even surprising me with a free drink voucher when they found out it was my birthday. Despite the compact room size, the amenities were all great. I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Liverpool City Centre.

We had a lovely stay here! The location was perfect since everything was within walking distance, including the train station which was right across the street. The staff were super friendly and the service was great. The room had everything we needed, from the ironing facilities to the tea and coffee facilities. Plus, the heating was top-notch, making our stay so cozy and comfortable.
Would recommend this place to any family looking for a great place to stay.

Located right next to the train station, this hotel is perfect for those wanting to explore the city. Everything you need is just a stone's throw away with plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is also a highlight, with a great buffet selection. Don't forget to look out for the fire alarm test and hotel evacuation which was handled perfectly by the staff.
Despite its great location, the hotel does have a bit of noise pollution which can be annoying at times.
